Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Italian chains in 18k, 9k or gold vermeil are NOT included in the return policy and may not be refunded or exchanged. Chains purchased as part of a set with a pendant may be returned or refunded. Our handmade chain i.e. Lina Necklace are part of the return policy.  

To start a return, you can contact us at info@verusfinejewllery.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our studio workshop in Rosebank Johannesburg. 

For returns we can book a courier for you and the courier fee will be for your account.  We’ll send you a return shipping label, and the item must be packaged as it was received. Alternatively you are welcome to return your item yourself to our studio workshop in Rosebank and incur no courier fee. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
