All of our jewellery comes with a Verus jewellery pouch or box. It is delivered using our insured secure service up to agreed point of delivery. 

Delivery within South African is free for orders from R990.00. 

A small fee of R150 will be added for orders of R989.00 and under.

International orders of over R5000 are free. 

A fee of R500 will be added for orders of R4499.00 and under.

 Local clients may collect orders directly from our JHB workshop or the CT office.

Our jewellery is made to order, we do not hold stock so please allow 14 - 21 working days to dispatch.

Returns of collection items will be refunded for up to 30 days from receipt of item.

Collection items must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged and in original packaging.

 Bespoke items are not be refundable but we are prepared to rework the design where possible. 

Return postage will be covered by Verus at our discretion only.

Verus will not be held responsible for any items lost during the returns posting process.

In the instance that a ring is ordered in the incorrect size, re-sizing the ring will incur a charge and in some instances, due to the type of setting and stone used, we cannot guarantee that the ring can be re-sized.

Once approved the refund for the value of the item returned will be credited to the customer’s credit card within 7 days of receipt of the returned items in its original condition and packaging.

Due to the delicate nature of chains, we will not replace them but should the break occur within the first 3 months of purchase we will be prepared to repair them when possible.

It is possible for stones to fall out of their setting or crack due to rough handling, if this is the case we will quote on stone replacement but will not charge for one resetting process.

If you have the stone that has fallen out, the return of the stone together with the item and any costs are to be handled by the customer. 


Production is affected by loadshedding and we hope you can be patient when unexpected issues cause delays.

We will communicate with you should we experience temporary hiccups.

If your order is urgent, please do contact us and we will do what we can to manage it with speed, wherever possible. 

We do offer a service for items of Verus Fine Jewellery to be professionally cleaned, re-serviced or where possible repaired at a nominal charge, all work is undertaken at our JHB workshop.
